Up-Cycle Your Refill Bottle

Up-Cycle Your Refill Bottle

We are committed to following sustainable practices, and that includes helping you to reduce your plastic waste when it comes to using our products! We've compiled a list of five fun ways to up-cycle your new 32 oz Mini Refill Versatile Wash bottle, so you know just what you'll do with it once you've topped off your pump bottles.

1. Simply rinse it well and use it as a water bottle, or make your own homemade cold brew or iced tea in it.

It is recommended that you drink from 0.5 to 1 oz of water per pound of body weight each day. That's a lot of water! This 32 oz bottle will help get you on your way. You can even mark indicator lines to help you track your hydration throughout the day. Already have a water bottle you love? Grab a funnel and use your Mini Refill bottle to make cold brew coffee or iced tea (wait for the tea to cool before pouring) instead.

2. Add a spray nozzle and make your own cleaning solution (here are some recipes we like).

Use common household items to make cleaning supplies whose ingredients you know!

3. Paint it and make a piggy bank.

Grab the kids and the crafting supplies, and get busy making the perfect rainy-day-fund collector! Check out this list of 40 DIY Piggy Bank Ideas for inspiration.

4. Make your own self-contained herb garden planter. (Like this one).

Here are the basic modifications:

5. Make a DIY lava lamp.

Have some science-y fun at home with just water, vegetable oil, food coloring, and effervescent tablets (like Alka-Seltzer). Make your very own lava lamp with the kids or, let's face it, just for yourself.
