We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable

information when you visit our site such as your name and billing shipping address. Your payment and

personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and secure. It encrypts

your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read

over the internet. We can only see your purchase order and shipping info so that we can complete the

transaction. Please note that we cannot add additional items to your order for this reason. We do not

have access to your credit card information.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returned products. All sales are final. If you feel

that your product did not arrive as promised, please contact us at 828.456.3385 within 3 business days

from receipt of product.

Shipping

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3 business days of purchase and usually take an

additional 3-5 business days for transport . All of our products are made fresh to order. Should your

items take longer than 3 business days to produce, we will email you with the email provided on the

order form. From there, you may decide to have that product refunded, substituted for another

scent/product or shipped out as soon as it is available. We ship via UPS with a flat rate of $12/order.

Shipping times vary with UPS, but generally take 3-5 business days. A tracking # is provided when

shipped out via email. In the case of a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at

828.456.3385 so that we may file a claim with UPS.
