We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site such as your name and billing shipping address. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and secure. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet. We can only see your purchase order and shipping info so that we can complete the transaction. Please note that we cannot add additional items to your order for this reason. We do not have access to your credit card information.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on personal care products. This includes all products that we manufacture. It is important to us to maintain the hygiene and integrity of our products, and we are therefore unable to re-sell these item once they have left our shop. All sales of personal care products are final. PLEASE do not hesitate to give us a call with any and all questions you may have before placing your order. A real live person will be happy to answer your call and give you all of the information you may need. If you feel that your product did not arrive as promised, please contact us at 828-456-3385 within 3 business days from receipt of product.

 

Shipping

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3 business days of purchase and usually take an additional 3-5 business days for transport. All of our products are made fresh to order. Should your items take longer than 3 business days to produce, we will email you with the email provided at the time of purchase. From there, you may decide to have that product refunded, substituted for another scent/product, or shipped out as soon as it is available. We ship via UPS with a flat rate of $10/order. Shipping times vary with UPS, but generally take 3-5 business days. A tracking # is provided when shipped out via email. If we are shipping your package to a PO Box, please be sure to check with the Post Office in the event that they do not notify you that your package has arrived. In the case of a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at 828-456-3385 so that we may file a claim with UPS.
